If the product s damaged, what can I do?

You may return the product in whole within 48 hours from the date of the receipt of the product. We will send replacement as and when consignment is received back at our own cost.

How do I pay for a  purchase?

If the order is not materialised even after 15 days, what should I do?

Please inform us at once. We will work with the post office to have the order delivered to you at the earliest.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your on line order, please contact Spicecarts by telephone or email as soon as possible. Our customer service representatives will advice you accordingly.

Why have I not received my order yet?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request or get in touch with us. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.

What are the delivery charges?

We offer you lowest shipping charges for your order and there is no individual product shipping charges. You need to pay only Rs 55/- as delivery charge for your order.

All deliveries are scheduled through India Post. You will be informed your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.
